Here comes the... Food Truck!

We are so excited that we might be part of your special day!  We offer both food truck and indoor catering services! Our catering services are very versatile from individual plated/ boxed orders to more buffet style service.


What does it cost to bring Hatch to my wedding?

Each wedding is unique! Cost is based on a number of factors like the number of people we will be serving, length of service, and location. If you fill out our Special Event Inquiry form we can get back to you with a custom quote for your wedding!

How does it work to hire our truck?

  1. You'll want to make sure your venue approves bringing in outside caterers and a food truck.
  2. Fill out our Special Event Inquiry form so we can provide a quote to you for our services. If the quote fits your budget, send us back the contract.
  3. Next, we will work with you to plan the specific details for your special day.
    1. MENU: First, we collaborate with you to choose the best menu items to serve to your guests. Of course we have our main menu entrees that makes us unique, but we also can prepare requested special family recipe items, or go totally rogue and create a custom menu just for you!
    2. SERVICE: Your options are completely open on your vision for the style of food service! We can offer you customized order forms for your guests to bring up to the truck or we can do the more traditional food truck window ordering process. You may want to dismiss guests by table to come to the truck or have a food runner deliver to your guests.
    3. TRUCK SPECIFICS: Some things to consider with bringing our truck to your wedding will be parking, power, timing, and setup logistics. For example, we will want to be sure to arrive early enough as to not disturb your ceremony and have ample time for us to setup for service. Also, some wedding parties like to take stylized or staged photos with the truck prior to everyone eating. We will discuss all of the these items so on your wedding day everything is planned out and you won’t have to worry about trying to make decisions that pertain to food service.
  4. A month prior to your wedding, we will reach out for an accurate guest count and make any final adjustments you would like to have.
  5. One week before your wedding, you will do one last check with you to confirm all of the details.
  6. The day of your wedding, we will arrive at the desired time ready to celebrate with you!

Will I need more than one truck?

One question we get asked is how many trucks will I need to bring to my wedding? Some parties like to provide food options to their guests and/ or it may be necessary due to the number of guests you have to bring additional trucks. You'll first want to consider your budget. Most food trucks require a minimum (a monetary amount that they would need for food preparation, staffing, etc) to bring the truck out. The more trucks you bring the more minimums you would need to meet. If menu variety is the reason you'd like an additional truck but your budget doesn't allow for another truck or you'd like to utilize your budget for other parts of your wedding, please discuss with us your ideas. We might be able to accommodate your menu requests and save you from paying another truck minimum. You'll definitely want to make sure your guests get their food in a timely manner! With our truck we can generally serve efficiently an average of 70-90 people an hour. Some menu options allow us to perform much faster service to your guests and if time is a factor we can recommend certain menu options and service tips for quicker service time. Other factors to consider that affect service time are dining styles. For example, some weddings offer an open food service for guests to dine whenever they feel like it after the ceremony while other weddings would like more formal food services eating around a planned time frame. However you wish to go, we can guide you in the planning and recommend other trucks to you that we know would bring high quality services and attention to you and your guests!
